I\u2019ve designed this fun list of FREE or<\/em> inexpensive small things you can do to make\u00a0a friend or stranger\u00a0smile. After all, you don\u2019t have to spend a lot of money to make a difference in someone\u2019s day! <\/span><\/p>\n
