Hobby Lobby<\/a> is raising the pay for their full time employees.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In early 2022, Hobby Lobby underwent a minimum wage increase<\/a> for full-time employees to $18.50\/hour. The retailer currently operates 956 retail stores stocked with arts & craft supplies, home accents, seasonal products, and more. They have a long history of wage increases.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In 2009, Hobby Lobby was one of the first retailers to establish a national minimum wage increase significantly above the federal minimum wage, and it has been steadily raising its minimum wage ever since \u2013 twelve times in the past thirteen years.<\/p>\n

In 2014, Hobby Lobby raised its full-time minimum hourly wage to $15, years before it finally caught on and became a trend with other retailers.<\/p>\n
